These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, video games, mobile applications, desktop software, and connected digital services (“Services”) provided by 42Code.NET under the 42Play brand or through 42Code.NET developer and publisher accounts.

42Play operates as a developer and publisher portal through which 42Code.NET presents its video games, applications, devlogs, product news, and associated technical services.
42Play is not an open digital marketplace for third-party sellers. Should third-party vendor or marketplace hosting features be launched in the future, distinct commercial seller terms will be established prior to public availability.
42Code.NET products are frequently distributed through third-party digital distribution platforms, including:
Your use of those storefronts is governed by the respective terms of service, payment policies, and community guidelines of those platform operators. 42Code.NET does not operate and is not responsible for external store platforms.
For products acquired or downloaded via Google Play, Google's platform terms, in-app billing systems, family sharing rules, subscription management, and refund workflows apply.
Certain store operations and billing reconciliations are handled directly by Google. 42Code.NET is responsible exclusively for developing, maintaining, and supporting the game content within its direct control.
When 42Code.NET titles are published on Steam, account authentication, store purchasing, software downloads, platform cloud features, and Steam refunds are operated by Valve Corporation pursuant to the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
Any product-specific end user license agreements provided by 42Code.NET apply in addition to Steam platform terms.
42Code.NET does not administer your Google, Steam, Apple, or other store platform accounts. Account security, password resets, and platform credentials remain under the exclusive domain of the respective platform operator.
If access to a 42Code.NET game is disrupted due to external platform account suspension, 42Code.NET can only provide assistance within its direct technical capacity.
42Code.NET produces games and applications designed for varied age groups. Applicable age ratings on store product pages, regional maturity guidelines, and local statutory age requirements apply.
Minors wishing to execute in-app purchases or enter into agreements must obtain the prior verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Where a product is explicitly targeted toward children, strict compliance with children's safety regulations, child-appropriate content ratings, strict data protection protocols, and app store Family Policies is maintained.
Where an application supports custom user accounts, you must provide accurate registration details, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.
42Code.NET reserves the right to conduct reasonable security verifications to protect account holders.
If anomalous logins, credential stuffing attacks, or security compromises are detected on an account, 42Code.NET may implement protective countermeasures, including session invalidation, two-factor challenges, or temporary security holds.
User accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly permitted. Selling, renting, leasing, trading, or commercial sharing of user accounts is strictly prohibited.
Downloading, purchasing, or installing a 42Code.NET game or app grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the software for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You do not acquire ownership of the software or any underlying intellectual property.
All game code, software engines, animations, artwork, character designs, logos, trademarks, narrative texts, musical scores, sound effects, UI layouts, and proprietary data structures remain the exclusive property of 42Code.NET or its licensors.
No intellectual property rights are assigned or transferred to you.
You agree to use our Services strictly for lawful, personal purposes in compliance with these Terms, platform storefront rules, and all applicable domestic and international laws.
Except where expressly permitted by mandatory law, you may not:
Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to reconstruct the source code of our games or software is strictly prohibited, save to the extent expressly permitted by non-waivable statutory law.
In multiplayer, competitive, or leaderboard-connected games, using cheats, hacks, automation bots, memory editors, speed hacks, packet sniffers, or unauthorized modified game clients is strictly forbidden.
In single-player offline games where modding is officially supported, player-created modifications must comply with the specific modding guidelines published for that title.
Discovered bugs, unintended glitches, or server race conditions may not be systematically exploited to generate illegitimate rewards, duplicate virtual currency, or disrupt gameplay for other players.
Critical vulnerabilities should be responsibly disclosed to support@42code.net.
Utilizing automated scrapers, web crawlers, account creation bots, or gameplay macros that impose unreasonable loads on our infrastructure is prohibited. Standard search engine indexers are exempt.
Online gameplay, real-time multiplayer, global leaderboards, and cloud save synchronization depend on internet connectivity, third-party network providers, and scheduled server maintenance. Constant uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Usernames and display handles must not impersonate other entities, infringe registered trademarks, contain hate speech or harassment, or violate public decency. We reserve the right to rename offending handles.
If a game permits creating or uploading custom content (e.g. custom levels, avatars, or comments), you represent that you own all requisite intellectual property rights and that your submission does not infringe any third party.
By publicly sharing user content within our Services, you grant 42Code.NET a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and transmit such content solely for operating and promoting the Service.
We reserve the right, in accordance with applicable laws, to review, filter, restrict, or remove user content that violates these Terms or threatens community security.
42Code.NET offers select games and applications free of charge. We may update, rebalance, adjust features, or discontinue free titles at our discretion, without prejudice to statutory consumer rights.
For premium games or expansions sold through platform storefronts, pricing, regional currencies, sales taxes, and payment gateways are presented at the point of purchase by the platform operator.
In-app purchases (IAP)—such as cosmetic items, ad removal, or virtual boosters—are processed securely through the relevant app store. Pricing and item details are disclosed prior to purchase authorization.
Virtual items, coins, gems, and cosmetics are digital gameplay features. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and do not constitute personal financial assets.
Trading, transferring, or selling virtual items for real-world money outside official in-game mechanics is strictly prohibited.
Unlocking paid features or virtual currency may require automated license verification against store receipt APIs. In case of network errors, players can utilize the “Restore Purchases” option in the game settings.
Transactions executed via Google Play, Steam, or other digital storefronts are processed under the respective refund policies of those platforms. For an exhaustive explanation, please consult our separate Refund and Return Policy.
Where auto-renewing subscriptions are offered, pricing intervals, billing frequencies, and cancellation methods are presented before payment. Subscriptions managed via app stores must be canceled through your store account settings.
Free games may feature third-party advertisements delivered via certified ad network SDKs. Advertising data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable user consent choices.
Applications may integrate trusted third-party SDKs for crash logging, cloud database hosting, analytics, and authentication. 42Code.NET selects industry-standard providers adhering to rigorous data standards.
Our Services may link to external websites or social channels. 42Code.NET is not responsible for the availability, content, or safety of external websites.
We periodically release software patches, security updates, and performance optimizations. Installing the latest update may be required to maintain compatibility and access online features.
We may modify, rebalance, adjust, or discontinue specific gameplay elements, characters, or modes to preserve competitive balance or technical integrity.
Products designated as “Beta”, “Alpha”, “Early Access”, or “Preview” represent unfinished work. They may experience unexpected bugs, balance shifts, or performance anomalies.
Players are responsible for verifying that their device hardware, operating system version, graphics drivers, and storage capacity satisfy the minimum specifications posted on store pages.
While we strive for high uptime, we do not warrant that online Services will be 100% uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible across every legacy hardware configuration.
Routine maintenance, database optimizations, and emergency security patches may cause temporary downtime. We endeavor to schedule routine maintenance during off-peak hours.
Due to technological obsolescence, licensing expiration, or developer strategy, products may be delisted from app stores for new downloads. Existing owners generally retain access subject to store policies.
Online game servers cannot be operated perpetually. If an online title reaches the end of its commercial lifecycle, advance notice of server sunsetting will be provided where reasonable.
Engaging in cheating, severe harassment, payment fraud, or repeated terms violations may result in warnings, temporary competitive matchmaking suspensions, or permanent account bans.
Sanctions are evaluated proportionately. Imposing a ban for cheating in competitive multiplayer does not automatically strip away unrelated single-player licenses, subject to applicable platform rules and consumer protection statutes.
You may request account deletion at any time through in-game settings or by emailing support@42code.net. Deleting your account terminates access to connected cloud saves and profiles.
All personal data collected in connection with our Services is handled in accordance with the 42Play / 42Code.NET Privacy Policy. Accepting these Terms does not constitute automated consent for data processing requiring explicit affirmative opt-in under applicable law.
Use of cookies and local storage on our websites is detailed in our dedicated Cookie Policy.
If you identify a security flaw or data exposure in our infrastructure, please report it responsibly to support@42code.net without exploiting it or exposing user records.
If you believe content hosted on our Services infringes your copyright or trademark, submit a formal notice to support@42code.net including your contact details, identification of the work, and proof of ownership.
Reviews posted on Google Play or Steam are governed by those platforms' community standards. 42Code.NET does not manipulate or artificially fabricate user reviews.
Screenshots, trailers, and promotional media portray authentic gameplay. Visual tweaks or user interface polish may occur across ongoing game patches.
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. 42Code.NET disclaims all express or implied warranties not mandated by statutory consumer legislation.
To the maximum extent permitted by governing law, 42Code.NET shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, intentional fraud, personal injury, or non-waivable statutory consumer protections.
Players are advised to maintain regular device backups. In games relying strictly on local offline storage, uninstalling the app or factory resetting the device may erase local progress.
42Code.NET is not liable for service interruptions caused by natural catastrophes, widespread internet backbone blackouts, armed conflicts, government mandates, or major cyber attacks beyond reasonable control.
For Turkish consumers, mandatory rights under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts remain reserved.
If direct paid sales are launched on 42play.net in the future, mandatory pre-information notices and distance sales contracts will be presented prior to payment completion.
Consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK retain all statutory legal guarantees regarding the conformity of digital content and services under applicable European consumer directives.
For US residents, state-specific statutory consumer rights, warranty disclaimers, and dispute remedies apply to the extent required by governing state and federal law.
If mandatory consumer protection laws in your home jurisdiction confer rights exceeding those in these Terms, such protections apply fully.
Without prejudice to non-waivable consumer protection statutes of your country of habitual residence, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage reaching out first to support@42code.net for informal resolution. Consumers retain the right to apply to competent consumer arbitration boards or judicial courts.
We may revise these Terms as our studio evolves or legal requirements mandate. The latest version will always be accessible at https://42play.net/terms with updated date stamps.
Updated terms shall not be applied retroactively to the detriment of vested consumer rights or completed past transactions.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Failure by 42Code.NET to enforce a right under these Terms on a specific occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right.
These Terms may be translated into multiple languages. In case of legal ambiguity, the Turkish original or official English translation shall guide interpretation subject to mandatory local law.
42Play is an independent publishing imprint. It does not accept third-party merchant registrations, process merchant payouts, or operate external seller revenue-sharing systems.
